Rather than post a recipe, this savory puff pastry Pithivier is simply an excuse to use my new camera lens.

Brian and I share lenses – well, we share everything, really. But, he has had his eye on this 20mm lens for quite sometime – so we got it!

It’s incredible in so many ways.
There is certainly still a learning curve – but learning is fun, right?

puff pastry
swiss cheese
black forest ham
Chicken Cordon Blue Sauce
fresh rosemary
egg wash
