They are no-bake cookies from heaven! Just peanut butter, chocolate, and a little sweetness! There’s nothing like the marriage of PB and chocolate!

Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls

16 Tbs. vegan butter, cultured (if possible) and room temperature
1 cup all natural smooth peanut butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. sea salt

Using a stand or hand mixer, mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Form into 1″ balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
Freeze for several hours before serving.
Store in the fridge.
