Insides: rarely, but surely, there are leftover cake “insides,” when you’re a baker, particularly when you are a baker of “surprise” cakes.
So, after a Peanut Butter Vanilla Graham Cake stuffed with surprise rainbow marshmallows, I had a few layers of leftover Peanut Butter Vanilla Graham Cake.
Thus, I slathered the layers with smooth and creamy peanut butter, and topped the layers with a dark chocolate ganache and sprinkled with leftover chocolate cookie crumbs.
There is NOTHING like peanut butter and chocolate. NOTHING.
