White Chocolate Chip Cookie Butter Cookies

1 ½ cups creamy cookie butter
½ cup butter, room temperature
1 ¼ cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. sea salt

2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups white chocolate chips

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Using a stand mixer, cream together the cookie butter and butter until smooth.
Add the sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well, until soft and creamy.

Add the flour, ½ cup at a time, until well combined.

Fold in the white chocolate chips.

Form into 1” sized dough balls and flatten.

Transfer to parchment-lined cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes, until just beginning to brown around the edges.

Remove from oven and cool for 10-12 minutes before enjoying.
