Lobster Crab Ravioli with Orange Basil Sauce

Well, Whole Foods played the game well - supplying me with some absolutely stunning Lobster Crab Ravioli. The color and vibrance, as well as the flavor, are immaculately gorgeous. I contributed with an orange bechamel sauce - nothing super special. A very simple recipe for a decadent dish can be read as follows: Lobster Crab Ravioli with Orange Basil Béchamel Sauce 2 pkg. Whole Foods Market Lobster Crab Ravioli (prepared as indicated) 4 Tbs. butter 2 Tbs. all-purpose flour  1 cup whole milk juice and zest of 1 fresh clementine 1 Tbs. fresh basil, chopped +  1 tsp. kosher salt ¼ tsp. ground black pepper While the ravioli cooks per instructions, melt the butter over medium heat. Combine with the flour, stirring CONSTANTLY, until very thick. Stir in the milk and whisk until fully combined. At a simmer, stir in the orange juice and zest.
