In common observation, I see that some people are ALL about the holiday side dishes - and pay no attention to the supposed "star" of the meal: turkey, ham, rack of lamb, prime rib - whatever the family tradition may be. I adore side dishes as well. - The side piece I find myself Craving4More is certainly not traditional. creamy, slimy green bean casserole, overly saccharine sweet potato casserole, rich scalloped potatoes, and both stuffing and mashed potatoes.
